“Please Bring Back My Son” – Mom of UNILAG Graduate Who jumped Into Lagos Lagoon Cries Out
Mrs Daibo, the Mother of the Man who allegedly alighted from a car and jumped into the Lagos Lagoon from the 3rd Mainland Bridge, has cried out.
The Deceased’s Mom who spoke in an an interview with ChannelsTV, has asked the Lagos State government to help bring back her son.
The 22-year-old deceased allegedly jumped into the lagoon from the bridge inward Adeniji Adele, after alighting from an Uber, complaining of stomach issues.
Mrs Daibo said Toju had no history of depression or drug use; he had just finished studying quantity survey from the University of Lagos and was looking forward to his NYSC and then his master’s degree studies in Canada.
She appealed to the government to find her son and provide answers as to what happened to him.
“I saw Davies last week Sunday. You know this is a like a ‘mind-your-business’ kind of area. I know that he stayed with his aunt. We don’t really interact except for church things. He attended the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG).I do see him because my own balcony faces theirs, so anytime I am standing there, I do see him with his aunt. He was very quiet. I will say that he didn’t come out like that other boys in the area.” he said
